The BLGF eLMS is a specialized online platform dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, and competency-based training and other professional development interventions tailored for local assessors.

In light of the BLGF’s commitment to strengthening local assessment operations and the approval of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), the eLMS plays a crucial role in equipping local assessors with the competencies and skills needed to meet the evolving standards in property assessment and valuation.
